1. Order cancelation
Cancellation of an order is permitted unless it was already shipped. For Wensha items, the window for canceling is five hours after placing the order.
If a Wensha product is new, unused, and non-perished, with the label and tags still intact and in its original packaging, it is eligible for a return. You can be granted a full refund for Wensha products within 15 business days.
To return an item, go to the app settings, to my order, and choose the return option with the reason for returning it.
Please be aware that all costs associated with the return are the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, we cannot return any perishable items you changed your mind about after receiving the item or the products whose protective seals or strips were removed or damaged.
If you are due a refund, we will notify you via email if it is approved or declined. Check your email when you have requested a return to ensure you got the refund. If not, kindly email us mentioning your issue. The payment automatically goes to Wensah wallet, but you still have a choice to receive the refund on your card. Please email us, and we will be happy to do so.
Please note that we may refuse the refund if it does not match the terms and conditions of the return of products mentioned in the section above.
4. Change Order
If you want to change your order, you can do so by going to settings, my order, on the app, and you will be able to change, edit, or cancel the order.
